Canadian residents are granted an adjusted price in Canadian dollars due to the fact that the courses will be given on Canadian territory and their income is earned in Canadian dollars.

International participants are required to pay in US dollars.

Tuition costs do not include travel, room and board, books, or other expenses.

Registrations can be cancelled with a full refund of the tuition, minus a 100$ administration fee, up to thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the course.

Registrations cancelled after the above-indicated period (less than 30 day before the first day of class) will be considered as late cancellations. In this case, 50% of the full registration price will be refunded.

There are no refunds after the start date of the course.

In the unlikely possibility that Esprit en Mouvement would have to cancel a module, participants would be advised as soon as possible, and tuitions will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, Esprit en Mouvement would be unable to refund any travel, housing or other related expenses.

I want to register for the above-mentioned course(s) and will pay later. I understand that my place in the course(s) is not reserved until I have made a full payment and that places are limited. Early Bird Prices are available only if the full payment is done before the above-mentioned date (June 7 for Module 3 and February 27 for Module 4).
